Who is the controller of my personal data?

The administrator of the personal data is Aberit Piotr Bereziewicz, headquartered at Langiewicza 50 Street in Rzeszów, hereinafter referred to as Aberit.

What personal data does the Administrator process?

Aberit, as a controller of personal data within the meaning of the RODO, processes the following personal data in particular:

– Personal data of job candidates (data that candidates provide to the administrator,
in connection with participation in recruitment processes – in particular the data contained on the CV)

– Personal data of contractors and their representatives (data of companies and contact persons – basic data for issuing and posting invoices (name, TIN, business address) and for contact (name, surname, company name, job title, e-mail address, telephone number). Capital company data is not treated as personal data.

Under what rules does the Administrator process my personal data?

The principles of personal data processing are presented below

Personal data of candidates participating in the recruitment process:

  • Your personal data is processed for the purposes of the recruitment process in which you have declared your participation or also for the purposes of future recruitment processes if you give your consent. If you give separate consent, your personal data may be processed to verify the fact of your employment with previous employers;
  • The data may be made available to entities authorized by law. Infrastructure and IT service providers processing data on behalf of Aberit may also have access to the data under relevant contracts;
  • The basis for data processing is the applicable law and your consent;
  • Your personal data will be stored until the recruitment process is completed or until you withdraw your consent to process your personal data for future recruitment processes;
  • Providing personal data to the extent required by law, in particular the Labor Code, is mandatory and necessary to participate in the recruitment process, otherwise it is voluntary.

Personal data of contractors and their representatives

  • Personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing and conducting business contacts, performing contracts linking the parties and fulfilling the company’s legal obligations;
